Before sending a notice
SaveKit is a user-directed utility and does not publish a searchable media library. Temporary files prepared for a visitor automatically expire. The original platform controls the source post, so requests to remove the original content should also be sent to that platform.
What your notice must include
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact source-platform URL and any SaveKit URL needed to identify the request.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice
Email the complete notice to support@savekit.app with the subject “Copyright Notice”. Incomplete notices may require follow-up before they can be evaluated.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a copyright notice may create liability. Consider obtaining independent legal advice if you are unsure whether the use is authorized or protected by an exception.
Repeat misuse
SaveKit may restrict abusive requests or access patterns and may cooperate with valid legal process. The service must not be used to bypass DRM, access controls or private-account restrictions.
